Volinion is a static informational website. It does not run user accounts, advertising networks, or third-party tracking scripts.
Contact form
The contact form on this site is a front-end demonstration. When you press send, the form validates the fields in your browser and shows a confirmation message. It does not transmit your name, email, or phone number to a server, and it does not store them. Because nothing is sent, do not rely on the form to deliver a message; use the email address below for correspondence you need to reach us.
Cookies and local storage
The site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The cookie notice that appears on the home page records only your choice (accept or reject) in your browser's local storage so the notice is not shown again. That value stays on your device and is not transmitted anywhere. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
Server logs
Like most websites, the hosting environment may keep standard technical logs (for example, IP address and request time) for security and operation. These logs are not used to identify individuals or build profiles.

Articles link to public resources from Canadian health and wildlife authorities. Those external sites have their own privacy practices, which this policy does not cover.
